Here I am to share one of my favorite
products...call it a SHOUT OUT!
After I purchased this product I started
printing immediately!
I made a binder for each level, seriously
money well spent!
You won't be disappointed!
(I am no way shape or form paid to promote on
behalf of Karen Jones or TPT)

It has been almost a full year since I first started this blog. So much has happened! First, I GOT ENGAGED! I am getting married to the love of my life in July. I couldn't be happier. Second, I was thrown into the team leader position at my school (which I was NOT expecting) and has been such a learning experience. Lastly, IT'S ALMOST SUMMER (: I think that is the only part you truly care about...
I have set a goal for myself to really get back to this blog and really put time into it. I did want to write a small "check in" and share a product that has been doing well on my TPT (check it out below) and generating a lot of question, I hope you will stop by and check it out and let me know what you think. (:
AHHHHHHH, my first time blogging! My blog was completed a month ago but man oh man did I pour all of myself into the beginning of the school year. It has only been the first three weeks and it feels like 3 months of school has passed! None the less the year began and I am in LOVE with my babies!!!! I am EXTREMELY excited about the growth that these students are going to grow. My babies came in low because for majority of them the first day of Kindergarten was their first time ever being in school. Although this was the case all of them are eager to learn and so NOT lazy! Here are some pictures of them showing off during their reading block and some ideas I used to jump start them into becoming readers...ENJOY! This is helping BIG time in building my students reading stamina. Once all bars are colored in the students will be able to have a popcorn party! (:
During the reading block I also incorporate book shopping. Here students are able to choose their books that interest them. (:
My students were able to remember their reading spots and partners the second week, it took ALOOOOOOOOOOOOT of practice! (:
After about 15-20 minutes of independent (back to back) reading they can partner read (:
